What was the highlight of Hotel Bellevue Esztergom
Nice hotel with great ameneties, rooms (especially bedding) are outdated, service is just average.
The breakfasts were nice, the dinner was fine, but we ended up going out for dinner one night after not finding anything we enjoyed in the buffet. The swimming pools and saunas were excellent, several options, not too crowded, clean, and open most of the day.
The staff were not very helpful, and the rooms were dissappointing. The biggest problems were inadequate ventillation (after taking showers, or leaving our swimsuits out to dry, we came back to a very muggy room), the temperature would not regulate in the room, a couple of lightbulbs were burnt out, the cleaners did not show up even though we were out most of the day, but most annoyingly the sheets on the bed were too small and came up all of the time, we were constantly having to get up and fix them.

Wonderful
The room was nice with an amazing view and a private balcony. Breakfast included was also exceptional. Facilities like gym and tabletennis were appreciated. The area is nice for walking around and hiking. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The dinner could be better with more offers. Also the wellness part wasn’t what we expected. Only one pool was hot enough for us.

hotel facility and decoration are very out of date, not very clean that you can find bugs in the room. :(
